MSS:Transfer Employee, Grade Does Not Default And Grade Ladder Does Not Clear (Doc ID 1130098.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to transfer an employee and default the grade, the ladder is not cleared.

-- Expected Behaviour
Expect the grade ladder to clear so that the new grade associated with a different ladder can either default or be chosen.

-- What is working
If you manually remove the grade ladder, before selecting the position, the correct grade will default.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1.Manager Self-Service /Transfer
2. Click Action / Click Continue
Change Department Name /NOTE: Job Title and Position Name fields are cleared; Grade Ladder and Grade Name remain
3. Select Job Title from LOV /Position Name defaults /NOTE: Grade Ladder and Grade have not changed or been cleared /Grade
Select LOV for Grade Ladder and only one is listed because this Grade Name is only linked to one grade ladder
This Grade Name field is not enterable and cannot be changed
