Cannot Transfer Assets Across Organizations Move Asset Transaction Processor Error (Doc ID 1130162.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to transfer asset between organizations, in Maintenance Super User page,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Move Asset Transaction Processor Error
Please check the table below for the errors. Results can be exported from the table
"Transaction UOM is invalid for the given item and organization combination"

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance super user.
2. Query for the asset to move and click on ASSET MOVE from drop down.
3. Fill in all the details and click on apply.
4. We can see a error and that the process failed.
