Bank Accounts

"Error Page. You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance".


Symptoms

Upgraded to R12 and not able to access the  "Account information" within the "Manage Bank Account" Tab.
On just one of  the three bank accounts,  cannot view or update the Bank Account information.
Receive   "Error Page.  You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact the System Administrator for assistance".

Changes

Recently Upgraded from 11i to Release 12.1.2
