When Using 'Withdraw Dispatch' Can Not Specify Msg Type . So Messages Are Not Saved In Msg Hub. (Doc ID 1131254.1)

In OTM Version 6.1.1, find that the Withdraw Dispatch action does not provide an option to specify a Message Type whereas the Send Dispatch and Modify Dispatch does provide this option.  the same is also true for CONFIRM DISPATCH and RE-TRANSMIT DISPATCH.

Expect that the Withdraw Dispatch Action provides an option to specify the message type

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Shipment Management--> Buy Shipment --> Actions --> Fleet Management --> Send Dispatch ( Please make sure that a driver is assigned).

2. A popup opens where the defalut 'Send Dispatch' message type is populated. Enter remarks and click on Submit. Dispatch notification is sent to the contact specified on the Send Dispatch Message type's contact notification.
Message is stored in the message hub.

3. Similarly repeat steps 1 and 2 for modify dispatch. Notification is sent.
Message is stored in the message hub.

4. Now if a 'Withdraw dispatch' needs to be sent, there is no option to specify a message type, hence the message is not getting stored in the message hub.
