TCA Import - Data Load Stage 3 Completed With Status Error 'ERROR_LIMIT Reached, return to caller wrapper' (Doc ID 1131656.1)

ARHLSG3W module: TCA Import - Data Load Stage 3

Symptoms

Trying to load parties, party sites, contact points and business classifications using TCA Import in R12.1.1.

Worker 1 (TCA Import - Data Load Stage 1) and Worker 1 (TCA Import - Data Load Stage 2) are completed normal in no time.

But Worker 1 (TCA Import - Data Load Stage 3) ran for 90 minutes and completed with status ERROR.

The log file is showing the following error:
