Poor Performance When Selecting Lines Tab On NIR Details Page

Symptoms

The New Item Request (NIR) details page has poor performance taking more than 5 to 10 minutes to open (and sometimes up to 15 minutes).
The delay causes timeouts and users cannot review and approve NIR in a timely manner.

Workaround
To avoid timeouts, users can increase the timeout period following this note:

Expected Duration
The details page opens in 5 to 10 minutes.
Expect the page to open in less than 2 minutes.

Steps
CREATE NIR
Navigate to HomePage > Select notification on worklist > New Item Request Details
Select New Item Request Details
Select Lines Tab
The result page opens but very slowly.
