Customer Form, Sites Issue: Contacts Icon in the Address List Does Not Invoke the Contacts Page (Doc ID 1133373.1)

Symptoms

After you search on a customer, the Party and Account Information are displayed. Upon clicking on the Details icon for the account, the page shows a list of sites/addresses associated with the Account. In this list there is a Contacts Icon. When you click on the Contacts Icon, you expect it to open the page where you can enter/maintain contact information, instead nothing happens and the focus simply remains on the current page that lists the Addresses.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
