Symptoms
While reversing/deleting a journal, the following error message appears on the screen:

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Re-query block to see change.
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open journal enter form.
2. Query the journal to be reversed.
3. Click on Reverse/Delete button.
