Goal

Why are there pending transactions that cannot be transacted?
Users try to resubmit them using the pending transactions form but nothing happens.

Steps

Inventory > Transactions > Pending Transactions

-or-
Inventory > Accounting Close Cycle > Inventory Accounting Periods
Press the pending button.
See "Unprocessed Material" count > 0.

Business Impact

Cannot close the period.
