Move Order Transfer Tasks With Allocated Lots Are Not Dispatched To The User In WMS Mobile

Pending tasks do not get assigned in Accept Any Task WMS mobile page.
After performing task sign-on in Choose Eqp/Sub page,
Interleaved Tasks menu appears again as if there were no task to perform,
whereas there is a Move Order Transfer and multiple Outbound pending tasks. (per WMS Control Board)
Able to perform an Outbound task when setting a task priority in WMS Control Board,
that task pops up when navigating to Accept Any Task page.
But performing the same on the move order transfer task has no effect: no task pops up in Accept Any Task page.
The problem does not occur when there is no pending move order transfer task.
Further investigation showed that the move order allocation got created
(in Transact Move Orders form, through Allocate button)
without lot details record(s) in table MTL_TRANSACTION_LOTS_TEMP whereas the item is lot controlled.
Depending on the case, no error is raised or just "no tasks available" message.
Expect getting the move order transfer task assigned.
Expect getting other pending tasks assigned as well. (without setting task priority for each one)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition move order
Go to Move Orders form
Set Transaction Type=Move Order Transfer
Create one line: enter item, quantity and destination subinventory
Approve the move order
2. Go to Transact Move Orders form
Find the item
Click the Select check box
Press button Allocate
Press button View/Update Allocations
See a lot number is shown in Transact Move Order Line Allocations window
See Lot/Serial button is unavailable, grayed out
3. Go to Pending Transactions
Find the item
See a Move Order Transfer transaction is there
See there is no lot number in Location tab
Click Lot / Serial
See there is no lot entry
4. Go to Tasks : Directed Tasks : Interleaved Tasks : Accept Any Task
Select the organization
In Choose Eqp/Sub page just select Done (there is no equipment involved here)
See you are back to Interleaved Tasks menu, no task got assigned
See no message is raised or just "no tasks available" message
