Symptoms
When an employee applies for a leave of absence and submits for approval, the following error message is reported on the LOA page or wfstat.sql output :
ORA-20001: Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy, no person record exists with the person id xxxx as of sysdate. Please contact your System Administrator to correct the data issue.
