Serial Number/Instance Number unable to be Found in Service Request Form (Doc ID 1138665.1)

Goal

Within the Service Request form on any version you are unable to query the Serial Number or Instance Number of an item that you feel should appear for a customer.

The message: "No records found" is displayed.

Steps:
(R) Customer Support -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requests
1. Query a Customer
2. Attempt to query a serial number or instance of an item you feel is assigned to the customer queried.

No records found.
