When attempting to define a remit-to address for a country,  the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES was found for ID nnnn

In addition, the country keeps changing from the entered country to United States


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Receivables responsibility
1. Navigate: Setup -> Print -> Remit-to addresses
2. Create a remit to address for country Egypt
3. Save - screen shows country United States
4. When attempt to change the country, get the error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print invoices, as incorrect remit-to addresses cannot be printed
