Symptoms

E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Installation related issues

When attempting to access an Integration Repository interface, the following error occurs:

Error:
SOA Provider Access is not available. You may not be able to see complete information about the service. Please contact your System Administrator.

Also the Integration repository UI does not show the proper status for individual Services.

If a Service has been Generated and then the files on the server are deleted / damaged the UI continues to show the status as "Generated".

However when an attempt is made to user the service, it fails for all actions like "Deploy", "Open WSDL Link" etc.

Additional information:

For example you get the error above trying to access

Integrated SOA Gateway responsibility > Integrated SOA Gateway > Integration Repository > View by Interface Type > XML Gateway Map > Order Management Suite > Order Management > INBOUND: Process Purchase Order XML Transaction

Then, when you try to click on the Deploy button for this interface it fails with error:

'oracle.apps.fnd.soa.util.SOAException: WsdlParseError: WsdlParseError: Error in WSDL Parsing. /u01/oracle/inst/apps/VIS/soa/XMLGATEWAY/1112/ONT__POI_soap_http.wsdl (No such file or directory)'
