Unable To Login Receiving Error: ERROR_CONNECTING_TO_SERVER (Doc ID 1139913.1)

Symptoms


After Upgrading from 5.5 to 6.1 any users that has a custom users role assigned are unable to login to the application and receive the following error:

cause.ERROR_CONNECTING_TO_SERVER (exception=null, user=DOMAIN.USER)

DOMAIN.USER is the substitute id in this example, in a live scenario this would be an id specific to your OTM environment
