The performance management plan setup is as follows:
- Mid Year Review (Appraisal #1);
- Year End Review (Appraisal #2).
Between each step the View and Track Objectives are used to access the scorecard.
The issue in question happens between the Mid Year Review (Appraisal #1) and View and Track Objectives. Specifically, when completing the Mid Year Review process, users have the ability to add an objectives.
The Oracle documentation says that, when an objective is added in the Mid Year Review process, the application copies the new objective to the scorecard when the appraisal is complete. However, this is not occurring. The users can add the objective in the Mid Year Review (Appraisal), but it does not pull the new objective into the scorecard when the appraisal is complete.
The appraisals are in a status of complete so that is not the issue.
