"Could not find default stylesheet" Error for Notify Contact Using Custom Agent Event (Doc ID 1140901.1)

When attempting to send a notification to a contact based on a custom event, the the following error occurs.

Could not find default stylesheet for <Custom Event> by EMAIL

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up a custom event for OTM Business Object
2. Set up an agent to listen for this event and send contact notification based on this
3. See that the notification errors
