Symptoms
When running the OPM Cost Rollup Process for an Item, it gives this error message:
'Invalid UOM Conversion from FM_YIELD_TYPE <xxx> to <yyy> for item'
The Unit of Measure <xxx> is not a Unit in which this Item would ever be transacted, so as far as you are aware there is no reason for the 'missing' Conversion to exist.
The same error can also be encountered in Subledger Update (Rel 11i) or the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor (Rel 12)
