On : 11.5.10.2 version, Transaction Inquiry & Status
When attempting to invoke the List Of Values created via Forms Personalization in instance where ATG7 patch was applied, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In instance where the ATG7 patch was applied, click on LOV
2. See error
