MFS Laptop>Debrief: Some Items Are Missing When Performing A Material Debrief (Doc ID 1141843.1)

Symptoms

Find that some Items are missing when doing a Material Debrief (order type) in MFS Laptop.

The expectation is to find the items in Debrief.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in MFS laptop
2. Go to Material Debrief page
3. Select an Order Type Service Activity Code
4. Try to find the item

Also when checking client database CSL_MTL_ONHAND_QTY, it doesn't have records for the 'missing' item.

On the Server side, table csl_mtl_onhand_qty_acc also doesn't have the records for the 'missing' item.
