Unable To Display Soft Coded Legislation Key Flexfield on Payroll Description Form (Doc ID 1142424.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to set up International Payroll,  find that the created segments in the Soft Coded Legislation Key FlexField are not appearing in the Payroll definition screen



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Define Flexfield Structure
  2. Run International Set Up Concurrent request
