"Quantity On Hand Fails To Satisfy Reservation" Error on Transact Move Order Form

On : 12.1.1 version, Material Move Orders
When attempting to allocated dual UOM controlled items,
the following error occurs.
'Transaction Processor Error. The material pick release and pick confirm process completed with errors |Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Against the Sale Order after doing launch pick release, system generates Move Order and automatically allocates lots based on FIFO logic
2.User don’t want to use lots what has been allocated by system
3.In Select Available Inventory Screen, user makes the quantities zero for lots allocated by system
4.Later User selects the lots of his choice and make sure quantities match with Available qty/secondary avl qty as displayed in screen
5.System throws message that quantity transacted is greater than quantity requested
6.On clicking Transact button, system throws error 'Transaction Processor Error. The material pick release and pick confirm process completed with errors |Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation.
7. User click ok and again goes to select available screen
8.Now onhand qty shown on select available inventory screen, displays zero. (Initially at time of selection of lots it was displayed available in Onhand field)
