Symptoms
Using Moble Field Service Laptop: when entering times against tasks WebToGo returns an error
"oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException:JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key"
This is happening for multiple task and impacting performance of technician.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to MFS laptop.
2. Search for any existing task.
3. Click the time reporting link, it will display the time reporting Screen.
4. Enter the time and save.
