After Migrating OLAP from Linux 32 to 64 bit there is an Invalid Package: ZPB_BUILD_METADATA (Doc ID 1143306.1)

Symptoms

After migrating olap from Linux 32 to 64 bit the only invalid package on the instance is ZPB_BUILD_METADATA

These are the main errors seen in log (extract):
SQL> alter package ZPB_BUILD_METADATA compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> show errors;

PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_TABLE_MAP
194/10 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_TABLE_MAP
826/12 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_EXCEPTIONS
835/10 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_DIMENSION
849/7 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_CATALOG
851/12 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_EXCEPTIONS
858/4 PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object
PUBLIC.CWM2_OLAP_METADATA_REFRESH.

- OLAP Option is Valid and olapsys schema does not have any invalid objects.
- EPB was never used in the previous 32 bit Linux environment
- Customer doesn't necessarily need EPB now, but wants to have the option of using EPB on this 64 bit Linux instance later on, if required. Therefore, they want to be able to recompile invalid package ZPB_BUILD_METADATA.
