Goal

Scenario 1:
Suppose we have Geographic Hierarchies set up as State, City, County and Postal Code (This is a normal setup for USA ), and all the Geographies are defined in TCA for this hierarchy.
Now if I import customers without county information, but I pass in the country, state, and postal code, will the system automatically populate a county for customer information ?

Scenario 2:
Suppose we have Geographic Hierarchies set up as State, City, County and Postal Code (This is a normal setup for USA ). and all the Geographies are defined in TCA for this hierarchy.
If I give the address without City information but have entered State, County and Zip Code, will this program update the City details ?

Scenario 3:
Suppose Geographic hierarchy is set up as state county and city, but there are no geographies defined.
If I import customer data with out county information, then after the import I update the geographies in TCA and Execute the Geography name referencing program, will this automatically generate the County information for all existing customers records where the county information is missing?
