Goal

When using Spot Bid tendering to tender to 2 carriers, and awarding a shipment to 1 of the carriers OTM sets tender status to withdrawn, however when you go back and query the shipment in the shipment manager the status is actually SECURE_RESOURCES_TENDERED.

Could you confirm if the "tender status" on the online booking should remain as "WITHDRAWN" or is this an issue with the displaying of the status?
