Symptoms
When trying to update or add new records to the Rate By Criteria tables via the Self-Service pages, it take in excess of 45 seconds to navigate between the pages.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the action not to take more than few seconds.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation -> Total Compensation Setup Wizard -> Rate By Criteria (Business Area).
