Symptoms
Find Transact Move Orders form (INVTOTRX) allows transacting material with a material status associated which disallows all transactions
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the system does not allow transacting material with a status which disallows that transaction type
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Responsibility => Move Orders/Transact Move Orders
2. Query move order line and select lots, serial, or just material with material status which disallows move order transfers
3. Transact move order
