Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Receiving Functions
The standard receiving transaction processor processes an average of less than 40 receiving transactions in one minute.
It is expected that the performance to be better.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate receiving transaction interface (done by a background program)
2. Run Receiving Transaction Processor
