Email Center, Administration

When attempting to add an 'Agent to an Account' or an 'Account to an Agent'  the following errors occur.

Error:
Fail to assign agents XXXXXX to email account

Error:
An error occured while assigning email accounts
XXXXXXX@XXX to agent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Supervisor/Account/Agents/Assignment

Account: XXXXXXXX@XXX

Error:
Fail to assign agents XXXXXX to email account

Supervisor/Agent/Accounts/Assignment

Agent: XXXX

Account: XXXXXX@XXXXX

Error:
An error occured while assigning email accounts XXXX@XXX to agent.
