Slow Response When Clicking Request Information Link Within the Notifications.

On Applications 11.5.10
When attempting to request more information in the notification , the following error occurs in the browser :

Page not found error is shown.

Performance issue seen and then the page errors.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Click on the Requisitions tab in iProcurement .
2. Then click the Notifications link
3. Click on the change request notification subject
4. Click on the Request Information button in the notification.

Performance issue is seen and then the page times out.

This issue can be seen for other notifications as well where there is request for more information functionality. Same resolution can be given for this issue.
