Symptoms

When attempting to  run the  Transaction Import to import the expenditures through WEBADI,  the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
PA_TOO_MANY_ORGN The organization exists in more than one business group.
PA_TOO_MANY_ORGN The user has not specified business group name

Changes

The  issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create usage expenditure from WEBADI and upload .
