Symptoms

On release 12.0.6:

Create Intercompany AP Invoices concurrent program (INCIAP) will fail with the following error in the request log.

SQL Error in inapcih(). APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1 in inapcih()
Cause: inapcih() failed due to ORA-00001: unique constraint (AP.AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE_U1) violated

The issue has been reported with the case of Zero (exempted) tax rate.

Launch the Create Intercompany AP Invoices concurrent program
