Symptoms
When attempting to delete a contingent worker, the following error
occurs:
ERROR
APP-PAY-06244: You cannot delete an employee with an expense report
APP-PAY-06244: You cannot delete an employee with an expense report
The error is encountered from both the People and Delete Personal Records forms.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Applications.
2. Choose an HRMS responsibility, e.g. US HRMS Manager.
3. Navigate to 'People-> Enter and Maintain' or 'People-> Delete Personal Records'.
4. Query the contingent worker.
5. Delete the record.
