The Deposit Advice (XML) process errors for some, but not all, employees.

Cause: an internal error has occurred at location pyjavacom:2.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll processes including Payroll Archive
2. Run Deposit Advice (XML)
3. Review printed deposit advices and find some missing for some employees
