MFS: What do the Deferred Transaction Messages mean? (Doc ID 1150023.1)

In Mobile field service there are transactions in Deferred status with error messages that are not descriptive enough to determine what the problem is or what action to take.

e.g.
SF_M_DEBRIEF_PARTS CSM_DML_OPERATION (DML=D)
CSM_TASKS Error Msg:
CSM_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS_AUDIT Error Msg:
CSM_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS Error Msg: -1427ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row. Please contact your system administrator
CSM_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS Error Msg: Error returned from Internal API hook. Procedure name is CSM_WF_PKG.Task_Assignment_Post_Upd. (APPL_ID=883)
CSM_TASKS Error Msg: Please enter a quantity for planned effort.
