Symptoms

Searching a Receipt by customer name raises the following error:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibilty: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

  1. Create a receipt for a customer name that is over 30 bytes (some languages have single characters that are mutli-byte)
  2. Save the receipt taking note of the Receipt Number
  3. Search the receipt using the customer name, it will not find the receipt.
  4. Search the receipt using the receitp number and it will find the receipt successfully.
