When attempting to compile the invalid object HR_EDW_WRK_CMPSTN_F_C, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the database.
2. Execute a similar command like the following to compile HR_EDW_WRK_CMPSTN_F_C

alter package HR_EDW_WRK_CMPSTN_F_C compile body;
