No Vendor Location LOV Values Returned When Creating Item Service Relationships (Doc ID 1151923.1)

Symptoms

When the user is attempting to create an item service relationship, the application is not displaying any Location for a specific Vendor, even though this vendor is set up with a location and primary contact in the Vendor Setup page in CMRO.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the Vendor Locations in the LOV.


STEPS
1. (R) Complex MRO
2. (N) Administration: Vendor Sourcing: Vendors:
3. Add a Vendor Name, Vendor Location and Primary Contact for a specific vendor/supplier.
4. Now navigate to 'Item Service Relationships' tab and click on 'Create Relationship' button.
5. Enter Item Number and the Service Item information and then add the Vendor name and location information. The Vendor Location LOV doesn't show any values.
