Symptoms
When attempting to commit a change in General Ledger Account Hierarchy Manager (AHM) the following error is displayed

AHM - 00029 An Error has occurred during saving. Data has not been saved.

Steps to reproduce this issue are as follows:
Log in with General Ledger Super User responsibility.
1. Launched AHM ( Setup > Accounts > Manager)
2. Do you plan on making changes to the AHM? Yes
3. Click on Department segment
4. Click on Department Parent 123 and then remove a Child Department
5. Save
6. Click on Department Parent 456 and then remove a Child Department
7. Save
8. Error displayed AHM - 00029 An error occurred during saving. Data has not been saved.
WORKAROUNDS
===========
Workaround is to make one change, log out of AHM, log back in and complete second change.
