Symptoms

(1). When you try to Load SWIFT940 data file:

Using the seeded SWIFT mapping template and a very basic data file with the required header and line elements. It fails,
CESLRPROSWIFT940 module: Run SQL*Loader- SWIFT940
NNN Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.

If you look at the ce_stmt_int_tmp values, it looks like everything is populated. However, when you run the load process, no records are inserted into the interface header and lines tables.
