When attempting to change owner on a an Install Base Instance, the following error occurs.

For Instance XXXXXX, you have requested to create a Preferred Party which is of HZ_PARTIES type . Installed Base supports GROUPS & TEAMS to be Preferred Parties.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Oracle Installed Base Agent user >> Item Instances >> Item Instance >> Query for an Instance
2. Select the Instance via the Radio Button >> Click on the 'Action' LOV and choose 'Change Owner'
3. Change the Party to a different Party and hit 'Tab'
4. Observe the reported error message

Note:  This error can also be received when performing a Customer Merge, the root cause is the same.
