On Element Description form, Element is defined with 'Once Each Period' check box checked. Although the element processes on both the regular and supplemental / tax separate runs in the same period.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Element Description form: Verify that Once Each Period is checked
- Run a QuickPay that includes that element, and a supplemental pay or separate run.
- Run results for each run show the element processed.
