Symptoms
When performing easy completion (WIPTXSFM.fmb) for a Job linked to a sales order, the following error occurs:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1041 in audfrm
Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-01041: internal error.
hostdef extension doesn't exist.
The SQl statement being executed at the time of the error was:
&SQLSTM and was executed from file &ERRFILE.
