'Customers - Standard' Form Allows Creation Of Duplicate Customer Names Without Any Warning

Customers - Standard' form allows creation of duplicate customer names without warning message in certain scenario
Open the 'Customers standard' form (ARXCUDCI). In the find window, enter the full name of an existing customer (let's say CUSTOMER-1 in my example). Hit 'Find'.
There are shown customers with the same name but, in this scenario, on the 'match results' form, click 'New'.
You are now taken to a form where you can enter a new customer, the name is already defaulted (with CUSTOMER-1 in my case). Hit 'tab' and start entering a new customer record, i don't get the warning message and can save the new- duplicate - customer.
The warning `Customer name already exists' is NOT displayed when you create another customer with the exact name! (as soon as any change have been made in the `name' field, re-change the name again and end up with the exact same name.
