When attempting to approve a journal batch, GLBATCH workflow is initiated. The journal approval timeout period is reached and then after the timeout period the workflow performs a check on 'Reached Manager Notification Resend Limit?' activity (Function :GL_WF_JE_APPROVAL_PKG.NOTIFYPREP_NOAPRVRESP)
The attribute MANAGER_SEND_LIMIT is set up as attribute of the function 'Reached Manager Notification Resend Limit?', rather than an attribute of Item Type 'Journal Batch' (Constant Value = 1).
The Workflow Errors if the allotted approval timeout period is reached and an attribute error occurs and cannot be corrected. The workaround is to resubmit another journal approval request.
