Goal

Should Payables accounting tables that were used in previous versions contain data after the upgrade is complete?  Is there a process to clear all the data from these tables?

The following are the new Subledger Accounting tables used in Release 12:
XLA_EVENTS
XLA_AE_HEADERS
XLA_AE_LINES
XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES_UPG
XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS

These Payables accounting tables are now obsolete:
AP_ACCOUNTING_EVENTS_ALL
AP_AE_HEADERS_ALL
AP_AE_LINES_ALL
