XCALC Transactions in OIC for No Apparent Reason (Doc ID 1156093.1)

You are seeing XCALC transactions in OIC for no apparent reason.  The probable cause is due to missing data from the OIC SRP tables for the salesrep(s).

If one of the following actions has resolved the issue for you in the past, then you are probably missing data in the SRP tables that should have been populated for the salesreps when the OIC Accumulation Period was opened.
(1)  Remove the plan element(s) and reassign them to the plan.  Then validate the plan and recalculate.
(2)  Using CRM Resource Manager, remove the Group/Role assignment from the resource.  Then reassign the Group/Role and recalculate.
