Symptoms
When attempting to stop the APPS Tier services using adstpall.sh,
the following error occurs:
You are running adstpall.sh version 115.22
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Check logfile $COMMON_TOP/admin/log/<CONTEXT_NAME>/<timestamp>.log for details
Exiting with status 1
