Symptoms

When attempting to retire an asset in the period of addition, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-OFA-48393: Program exited with errors :

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

 Error: function fa_trans_api_pub.do retirement returned failure


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an asset
2. Attempt to perform retirement in the same period.
